Booking Summary
📺 Watch: Booking Summary
Pick your dates and store. At the top you'll see a quick count of your appointments by status:
| Count | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Confirmed Appointments | Booked and confirmed |
| Attended | The customer came and was served |
| Arrived | The customer has arrived |
| Deleted | Cancelled appointments |
| Online Booking | Booked by customers through your online booking page |
| App Booking | Booked through the app |
Below that, every appointment is listed, grouped by appointment, with the customer, phone, date, time from / to, service, staff member, cost, status and any remarks.
💡 A high number of Deleted appointments? Consider sending appointment reminders — see Setup › Messaging Settings › Appointment Reminder Settings.
Pending Amount Summary
🔑 Who can see this: not shown on the Simple POS plan.
📺 Watch: Pending Amount Summary
Appointments where the customer paid an advance or still owes money. For each appointment you'll see the store, customer, phone, date and time, Pending Amount, Paid Amount, the bill number (once billed), the status and remarks.
