Loyalty Points
If you run a loyalty programme, customers earn points on their bills and use them for discounts later. These reports show who has points, how they earned them, and how they spent them.

The rules for earning and using points are set in Marketing › Loyalty Points.
Customer Loyalty Points
Every customer's current points:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Store, Customer Name, Phone Number, Card Number | The customer |
| Name | The loyalty programme |
| Issue Date / Expiry Date | When the points were issued and when they expire |
| Employee / Bill Id | Who billed them, and on which bill |
| Current Balance | Points they have now |
| Current Balance Value | What those points are worth in money |
Adding bonus points
Want to reward a loyal customer or make up for a bad experience? Click Add Bonus Points.
- Choose the Store where the customer is registered for loyalty points.
- Find the Customer by first name, last name or phone number.
- Enter the bonus points to give.
- Add a remark explaining why.
- Save. You'll see "Added bonus points to the customer."
Extending points
Points about to expire? Click Extend on the customer's row, choose the new expiry date, and click Save. It's a kind gesture for a regular customer who's been away.
Customer Loyalty Points Addition
Every time customers earned points: the store, customer, bill number, bill date, Total Points Gained and a description of how they were earned.
Customer Loyalty Points Redeem
Every time customers used points: the store, customer, bill number, Redeem Bill Date, Total Points Redeemed, Total Value Redeemed (the discount they got) and a description.
