View Customers
Your complete customer list — everyone who has ever been billed or registered at any of your stores.

What you'll see
| Column | Meaning |

| Store | Where the customer registered |
| First Name / Last Name / Gender | Who they are |
| Phone / Email / Address | How to reach them |
| Date Of Birth / Anniversary | Great for sending wishes |
| Membership | Any membership they hold |
| Last Visit | When they last came in |
| Total Revenue | How much they've spent in total (the footer shows the average) |
| Total Bills | How many times they've been billed |
| Unsubscribed | Ticked if they've asked not to receive promotional messages |
| Customer Type | How they found you — see Customer Registration Sources |
| Details | Opens the customer's history of services and products |
Use the filters to find, for example, customers with a birthday this month, or customers who haven't visited since a certain date. See Working with Lists for filtering, grouping and exporting.
Messaging customers
Tick the customers you want, then use Send SMS, Send Built-in SMS or Send WhatsApp in the toolbar. See Sending SMS and WhatsApp.
Emailing yourself the customer list
🔑 If Customer Data Export is switched on for your account, you'll see a Mail Customer Data button. It sends the full customer list to your registered email address.
