1. Store information strip

The thin strip right at the top tells you the essentials about the store you're looking at:

ItemWhat it tells you
Store NameThe store you're currently viewing

2. Choosing the store and dates

Just below the strip you'll find:

  • Sales Trends button – jumps to a detailed chart of how your sales are moving over time.
  • Date From and Date To – the period you want to look at. When you open the Dashboard, these are set to the 1st of this month up to today.
  • Store – which store's numbers to show.
  • Refresh (🔄) – press this after changing the dates or store to update the whole Dashboard.

💡 Tip: The Dashboard remembers the store you picked. Other screens will open on the same store too.

3. Early renewal offer

When your subscription is coming up for renewal and a discount is available, a green banner appears near the top. It tells you:

  • how much you'll save and on which store,
  • the renewal price before and after the discount,
  • when your subscription expires, and
  • how long the offer is valid.

To use it:

  • Click Renew now & save – the discount is applied for you automatically.
  • Or click the coupon code to copy it, if you'd rather renew from another device.

If you have more than one store with an offer, click View all offers to see them together. The offer pop-up shows at most once a day, so it won't keep bothering you — choose Remind me later to close it.

4. Summary cards

A row of cards gives you the headline numbers. Returned bills are not counted.

A simple chart with one point for each day in your selected period. It's the quickest way to spot your busy days, slow days, and any sudden dips.

6. Target Progress Overview

11. Sales by Payment Type

A chart showing how your customers paid — cash, card, UPI and so on. Any change handed back to customers is already subtracted from the cash figure, so the numbers match what's actually in your till.

12. AI Smart Insights

Rather than making you study the charts, this box reads them for you and writes out the key points in plain sentences.

Sales Insights may tell you, for example:

  • 🔥 your best sales day and 📉 your quietest day in the period,
  • 📊 your average daily sales,
  • 📈 whether sales went up or down in the last 7 days compared with the 7 days before,
  • 💡 days with unusually high or low sales,
  • 📅 which day of the week usually does best and which is usually weakest,
  • 💡 simple suggestions, like running offers on your best day or a campaign on your quietest one.

Payment Insights may tell you:

  • 💰 which payment method brought in the most money,
  • 💳 what share of payments were digital (anything other than cash),
  • ⚠️ payment methods that are hardly being used.

💡 Tip: Insights work best with at least two weeks of data. Pick a longer date range if you want more meaningful patterns.

13. Top 50 Customers

Your 50 most valuable customers in the period.

ColumnMeaning
Customer NameThe customer
MembershipAny membership they hold
Bill CountHow many times they were billed
Total RevenueHow much they spent

A great list to thank, reward or invite to special offers.

14. Upcoming Birthdays and Anniversaries

Customers with a birthday or anniversary coming up, along with any membership or membership wallet they hold. Perfect for sending wishes or a special offer.

💡 You can send wishes automatically — see Marketing › Birthday Reminder Settings and Anniversary Reminder Settings.

15. Expenses

Expenses recorded at the store in the selected period — the date, a description (what it was and its expense category), and the amount.

16. Employee Attendance

Every active staff member at the store, with their first check-in and last check-out on the Date To day (today, unless you change it). A blank means they haven't checked in on that day.

17. Top Employees

Frequently asked questions

Why do my Dashboard numbers look different from a report? Check that both are set to the same store and the same dates. The Dashboard's Daily Sales card only looks at the Date To day, while Monthly Sales covers the whole From–To range.

Why is "Last Sync" showing an old time? Your billing counter sends its data to the ERP over the internet. If the billing computer is off or offline, new bills won't show here until it reconnects.

Why is a table empty? There's simply no data for that store and date range — for example, no packages were sold. Try a wider date range.

Can I see all my stores at once? Yes — if you have more than one store, use the Multi Store Dashboard.
