Multi Store Dashboard
Running more than one branch? The Multi Store Dashboard puts all your stores side by side, so you can see at a glance which branches are flying, which are falling behind, and what's selling across the whole business.
🔑 Who can see this: this dashboard only appears in the menu if you have access to more than one store.
How to open it: click your business name at the top-left and choose Multi Store Dashboard.
Choosing what to look at
At the top of the screen:
- Date range (📅) – Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, or Custom. It starts on this month.
- vs – compare with an earlier period. Your chosen dates are shifted back so you're comparing like with like:
- Yesterday – the same dates, one day earlier
- Last week – the same dates, one week earlier
- Last month – the same dates, one month earlier
- No comparison – no comparison is made, so growth shows as 0%
- Store – leave it on All Branches to see everything, or pick one branch to focus on it.
- Refresh Data – reload everything.
What's on the screen
Summary
A plain-language paragraph at the top: total revenue across all branches, whether it's up or down, your top branch, how many customers you served, and which branch needs attention. Click Retry if it doesn't load.

Branch Performance Overview
Every branch in one table (the number in brackets is how many branches you have).

| 🟢 On Target | Reached 100% or more of its target |
| 🟠 Near Target | Between 70% and 99% of its target |
| 🔴 Below Target | Under 70% of its target, or no target has been set yet |
💡 If every branch shows Below Target, you probably haven't set targets yet. See Targets.
Revenue Trend
A chart of how sales moved over the selected period.
Goal Progress Overview
Your goals for the period with Target, Actual, Progress and vs Target — the same idea as on the main Dashboard. Click Configure Targets to set them.
Branch Map Overview
Your branches pinned on a map. If you see No mapped branches, add the latitude and longitude of your store in Setup › Store Settings (the Set Location link takes you there) and it'll appear on the map.
Top Performing and Under Performing
Quick lists of your strongest and weakest branches, with their revenue and growth.
Key Insights
Short, plain-language observations about your branches — what's going well and what needs a look.
Inventory Alerts
Products that are running low, showing the item, which store it's low in, and the quantity left.
Top Services, Top Products, Top Staff
Your best-selling services and products, and your best-performing staff members (with how many services they did), across the selected branches.
Payment Mode
How customers paid — each payment mode and amount — along with a summary of discounts (membership, percentage and coupon discounts) and taxes collected (CGST, SGST, IGST).
Frequently asked questions
A branch is missing from the Store drop-down. You only see the branches you've been given access to. Ask your account owner to add you to that store.
Why does every branch show 0% growth? Check the vs drop-down. When it's set to No comparison, there's nothing to compare against, so growth shows as 0%. Pick Yesterday, Last week or Last month.
