How we work out your profit
In simple terms:
Net Profit = Total Revenue − cost of products sold − store expenses − back-office expenses − GST payable
To get the most accurate picture, make sure you've entered:
- the purchase price of your products (in Item Master or when recording purchases),
- your expenses (store and back office), and
- your purchases from suppliers.

Frequently asked questions
My profit looks too high (or too low). Why? The most common reason is missing information — products without a purchase price, expenses not recorded, or purchases not entered. Fill those in and the numbers will become much more accurate.
A box says "No data for the selected period". There's nothing recorded for that store and those dates. Try a wider date range, or check that the right store is selected.
A box says "Failed to load". This is usually a temporary connection hiccup. Click Refresh (🔄) at the top, or Retry where offered.
