Where do incentives come from? You set them on each item — an Incentive % and/or an Incentive Amount Per Qty — in Item Master, Package Master, Membership Master and Membership Wallet Master. These reports do the maths for you.
Employee Sales Summary
One row per staff member, with their Service, Product, Package, Package Services, Membership, Membership Wallet sales, membership wallet services, and a Total Amount. Choose the store and dates at the top.
Employee Wise Average Customers
A deeper look at each staff member's customers:
- how many customers they served, split by what they bought (services, products, packages, memberships, wallets, gift vouchers),
- the average spend per customer and per bill,
- how many were new and how many were existing customers,
- male and female customers, and the amounts from new and repeat customers.
Incentive reports
Each incentive report lists every relevant sale line by line, with the staff member, bill date, item and prices, then works out the incentive:

| Total incentive | The incentive earned on that line — the percentage is worked out on the amount after discount and without tax |

Employee Referral Bills
How to open it: Employees › Employee Referral Bills
When a staff member refers a customer to a colleague (for example, a stylist recommends a facial with the therapist), this report shows the Refer By Employee, the bill date, the Item By Employee (who did it), the item, and its net cost, tax and total price — so you can reward good teamwork.
