Current Inventory
Current Inventory shows how much of each product you have right now, and what that stock is worth. It's also where you correct your stock after a physical count.

How to open it: Inventory › Current Inventory
Pick a store to see its stock.
What you'll see

| Purchase Price | What it costs you |
| Current Quantity | How many you have |
| Total Sales Cost | Current quantity × selling price — what the stock would fetch if you sold it all |
| Total Purchase Cost | Current quantity × purchase price — what the stock cost you |
The totals at the bottom tell you the value of all the stock in the store.
Your stock goes up when you record a purchase or receive a transfer, and goes down when you sell, issue products to staff or transfer stock out.
Correcting stock after a count
Counted your shelves and the numbers don't match? Fix them here.
- Find the product.
- In Update Quantity, type how much to add or remove — not the new total.
- Found 3 extra? Type 3.
- 2 are missing or damaged? Type -2.
- Add a Remark explaining why (for example "Stock count 1 May" or "2 bottles damaged").
- Click Save changes.
Every correction appears in Stock Audit Summary, so you can look back at what was adjusted and why.
🔑 Your account owner can stop staff from removing stock (in Chain Settings). If that's switched on and you're not the owner, you'll only be able to enter positive numbers.
Bulk Update Product Inventory
Correcting lots of products? Use the Bulk Update Product Inventory button to do it in Excel.
- Select Store.
- Click Download Template.
- In the Excel file, fill in the Add Quantity By column only. It works the same way as above: if you have 10 and enter -1, you'll have 9. You can search by barcode in the file to find items quickly.
- Save and close the file.
- Upload it and click Upload and Update.
You'll see how many items were updated. Your stores will pick up the changes shortly.
⚠️ Only the Add Quantity By column is read — changes to other columns are ignored.
