Stock Reports
These reports help you understand how your stock moves: what came in, what went out, and what's running low. Each one lets you pick a store and, where it makes sense, a date range.

How to open it: Inventory › Item Transaction Summary
Product movements for the store in your chosen dates — products sold, products issued to staff, and stock received from your other stores.

One row per product, reading from left to right like a stock register:

| Opening Quantity | Stock at the start |
| Purchase Quantity | Added by purchases |
| Inventory Update Quantity | Added or removed by stock corrections |
| Transfer In Quantity | Received from your other stores |
| Total Inwards | Everything that came in |
| Transfer Out Quantity | Sent to your other stores |
| Employee Issue Quantity | Given to staff |
| Sales Quantity / Sales Cost | Sold to customers |
| Total Outwards | Everything that went out |
| Closing Quantity Balance | What's left |
| Total Sales Amount | Value of what was sold |
| Is Transaction | Ticked if the product had any movement at all |
💡 Filter Is Transaction to only see products that actually moved.

The same information, but as a list of movements — one row per product per day, showing Inwards Quantity, Inwards Rate, Total Inwards Amount, Outwards Quantity, Outwards Rate and Total Outwards Amount. Handy when you want to trace a single product through the month.
Item Min Qty Summary

How to open it: Inventory › Item Min Qty Summary
Your reorder list. Products whose stock has fallen to the minimum quantity you set in Item Master, with:

| Product Name | The product |
| Current Quantity | What you have now |
| Minimum Quantity | The least you want to keep |
| Required Quantity | How many to order to get back up to the minimum |
💡 Set a Minimum Quantity for every product you don't want to run out of — otherwise it can't appear here.
Stock Audit Summary

A record of stock corrections for the store — for example those made in Current Inventory after a physical count.
