Birthday and Anniversary Reminder Settings

Nothing makes a customer feel special like a birthday or anniversary wish — especially with a little offer attached. Set it up once and Invoay sends the wishes automatically, every day.

How to open it: Marketing › Birthday Reminder Settings or Marketing › Anniversary Reminder Settings

Both pages work the same way.

Setting it up​

You'll see one row per store. For each store:

  1. Choose the Promotional Template Name — the SMS to send. If you don't have one yet, add it first in Setup › Messaging Settings › Promotional SMS Templates.
  2. If you send WhatsApp messages, fill in the WhatsApp template name (and an Image URL if the template has a picture). The template must be a plain text template without any blanks to fill in.
  3. Tick Is Active.
  4. Click Save changes.

🔑 The WhatsApp columns you see depend on your WhatsApp connection. If your account uses the official WhatsApp Business connection, you'll see WABA Template Name and Image URL.

Messages go out every day between 9 AM and 10 AM to customers whose birthday (or anniversary) is that day.
