Who gets points
Tick whether points are for membership customers, non-membership customers, all new customers, and existing customers who haven't enrolled yet.
When points are added
Tick whether customers earn points when they:
- pay with a membership wallet or a wallet (points are added on the rest of the bill),
- use a coupon code,
- buy a package, membership or membership wallet,
- buy products or services.
And choose whether to:
- add points only on the money actually paid,
- add points after removing tax,
- add points on discounted bills (if off, discounted items earn no points),
- renew a customer's points account automatically when it expires, and carry forward old points after expiry.
Click Save.
After saving
In the list:
- Store Details – choose which stores run the programme.
- Range Details – give big spenders more. Set revenue ranges (for example customers who've spent 10,000–50,000 earn more points per 100). Make sure ranges don't overlap — if they do, the first matching range is used.
💡 See how the programme is performing on the Dashboard, and customers' balances under Customers › Loyalty Points.
