← Back to Reports

See how your wallets, referrals, coupons, gift vouchers and feedback are doing — and which customers are due for their next visit.

Importing gift vouchers

Sold vouchers outside Invoay — for example printed vouchers from before you started using it? Click Bulk Import, then:

  1. Select Store.
  2. Click Download Template and fill in one row per voucher.
  3. Upload the file and click Save Changes.

The vouchers are checked against your Gift Voucher Settings and then appear in this list.

Feedback Reports

🔑 Which reports you'll see:

  • If bill-based feedback has been set up for your account, you'll see Bill Based Feedback.
  • Otherwise you'll see SMS Feedback Report and Tab Feedback Report.
  • If Employee Review Performance is on for your account, you'll also see Employee Feedback Performance.
ReportWhat it shows
Bill Based FeedbackFeedback linked to each bill: the bill, store, bill date, customer, ratings (such as ambience, service and behaviour), whether they'd like promotional offers, whether they'd recommend you, comments, and the feedback date
SMS Feedback ReportFeedback customers gave through the link in their SMS: name, email, whether they'd like promotional offers, whether they'd recommend you, comments and date
Tab Feedback ReportFeedback given on the tablet form (see Customer Feedback): bill date, feedback date, customer, store, bill, and ratings for Cleanliness, Quality Of Service and Staff Behaviour
Employee Feedback PerformanceA bar chart of feedback scores for each staff member over your chosen dates

Package Due Report › One By One

Customers with a One By One package who are due for their next service: customer, phone, package, purchase date, service name, validity, Due Date and Due In Days. See Package Master for how One By One packages work.

Item Due

Customers who are due to come back for a service or product in roughly the next month, based on the Reminder In Days you set for each item in Item Master. For example, if a haircut has a 30-day reminder, a customer who had one 28 days ago shows up here.

You'll see the customer, phone, item type and name, the staff member, the bill date, the reminder period, the Due Date and Due In Days (soonest first).

💡 This is your ready-made call list — message these customers before they go elsewhere.
