These reports help you (and your accountant) with tax returns and your books.


GST Reports​

How to open it: Reports › GST Reports

ReportWhat it shows
GSTR1 📺 WatchEvery invoice in the period with its invoice number, date, taxable amount, CGST, SGST, IGST and total amount — the details you need for filing GSTR-1
Invoice Based Tax SummaryChoose a store and dates, then click Export to CSV to download a tax summary, invoice by invoice
HSN/SAC Based GST SalesSales grouped by HSN/SAC code: total quantity, total value, CGST / SGST / IGST (rate and amount), total tax and total without tax
HSN/SAC Based GST PurchasePurchases grouped by HSN/SAC code: item type, quantity, cost, whether prices included tax, and CGST / SGST / IGST

💡 These reports are only as accurate as your item setup. Make sure every item has the right HSN/SAC code and tax rates in Item Master, and that your store's GST number is correct in Setup › Store Settings.


Tally Reports​

🔑 Who can see this: the Tally Reports menu only appears if Export to Tally is switched on for your account.

How to open it: Reports › Tally Reports

Sales Export to Tally Prime Excel​

Choose a store, Date From and Date To, and click Export to CSV to download your sales in a format ready to import into Tally Prime.

Export to Tally XML Format​

Choose the From Date and To Date, then click the button for what you want to send to Tally:

How to open it: Reports › Profit and Loss

Choose the Year and the Stores, then click Generate Report. You'll get a month-by-month statement:
