Appointment problems and how to fix them

| What you see | Why it happens | What to do |

| "Appointment Feature is only available to subscribers…" | Appointments aren't part of your store's plan. | Contact Invoay Support. |
| Appointment Booking.: "Appointment Booking for Past Time is Disabled." | You tapped a time that has already passed. | Pick a current or future time. |
| Appointment Canceled.: "Appointment Already canceled" | This appointment was cancelled. | Book a new one if needed. |
| "To Continue Select Customer first." / Customer Required | No customer has been chosen. | Tap Search & Select Customer. |
| No Services in Appointment / "Appointment Services is Empty" | There are no services on the appointment. | Add at least one service. |
| Room Required | Your store needs a room for every booking. | Open Extra details and choose a room. |
| "Other Than services items not allowed in appointment.!" | Only services can be booked. | Add products at billing time. |
| "Cant change Customer of Saved Appointment." | The customer is fixed once saved. | Cancel and rebook for the right customer. |
| An error when you try to change a service's staff member | Your store doesn't allow staff changes on booked appointments. | Ask your manager. |
| Disable: "Back Date Billing is Disabled, please contact your manager." | You're billing an appointment from an earlier day. | Speak to your manager. |
| "Some of the services in this appointment are not present in the current store" | The appointment includes a service your store doesn't have yet (for example, from an online booking). | Tap Sync Missing Items. If it's still missing, ask your manager to add the service in the back office. |
| "Time must be in Minutes" / "Time must be greater than zero" | The service time isn't a valid number. | Enter the number of minutes, e.g. 45. |
| Price Decrement Not Allowed | Your store doesn't allow lowering prices. | Keep the price, or ask your manager. |
| New online bookings don't appear | The calendar hasn't refreshed yet. | Tap 🔄 next to Online Booking, or the 🔃 refresh button. |
