Customer history
đ¤ For: Cashiers, front-desk staff and store managers
Every customer profile keeps a full history of what they've bought and used. All history tables work the same way:
- Tap a column heading to sort by it.
- Use the filter option on a column to narrow things down.
- Totals appear at the bottom where it makes sense (for example, total spent).
- No records found just means there's nothing to show yet.
âšī¸ Note: History is loaded from your store's online records, so you need an internet connection to see it.
Purchasesâ
| Section | What it shows |

| Bill Detail | Every bill: Location, Bill Id, date, Bill Total, Total Discount, Final Amount, and how it was paid (Cash, Card, Wallet). Tap a bill to see it in full. Tap the âī¸ Resend SMS icon to send the bill to the customer again. |
| Service / Products | Every item they've bought or had done: Item Name, whether it's a Service or Product, the price, the Employee Name, and the date. Perfect for "What colour did I have last time?" |
| Appointments | Their appointments: service, staff member, date and time, Cost and Status. |
Loyalty pointsâ

Packagesâ

Memberships and membership walletsâ

| Membership Details | Each membership: Start Date, End Date, Status and whether it's active. |
| Wallet Memb. Purchase History | Each membership wallet bought or topped up: Purchase Amount, Load Amount, Old Balance Carry Forward, Final Amount and Expiry Date. |
| Wallet Memb. Redeem History | Each time the membership wallet was used: Amount Consume, New Balance, and whether a family member used it (Redeem by Relative). |
Cancel a membership wallet redeemâ
Used the membership wallet by mistake? In Wallet Memb. Redeem History, tap Cancel on that line, then Confirm. When it works, you'll see Redeem cancelled successfully and the amount goes back into the wallet. If it can't be cancelled, the message explains why.
Couponsâ
The Coupons section shows every coupon issued to this customer, as easy-to-read cards showing the discount (e.g. "Up to âš500"), dates and status.
- Filter by status: Active, Redeemed, Expired or Inactive.
- Tap More filters to filter by Coupon Type or how the coupon was created (Generated Through). Tap Reset to clear them.
- Print coupons: tick one or more coupons and tap Print, so the customer can take them home.
AI Recommendations Historyâ
đ Optional feature: AI Recommendation If AI Recommendation is turned on for your store, this section lists every set of suggestions made for the customer: the date, Gen. By Employee, a short Insight about the customer, and how many items were recommended. Tap one to see the full list. To get this feature, please contact Invoay Support.
