Wabixo
👤 For: Staff who use Wabixo
Wabixo is a companion app from Invoay. The Wabixo tab opens it right inside Simple POS, and you're signed in automatically with your Simple POS login. No second password needed.
🔓 Optional feature: Wabixo If you have Wabixo, you'll see the Wabixo tab. Ask your admin to turn ON
IsWabixoEnabledin the back office settings. If the setting is not available, please contact Invoay Support.
Open Wabixo
- Tap the Wabixo tab.
- You'll see Connecting to Wabixo... for a moment, and then Wabixo opens, already signed in.
At the top of the screen:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Open in External Browser | Opens Wabixo in your normal web browser, if you'd prefer a bigger window. |
| Reload Session | Starts a fresh Wabixo session. Try this if the page stops responding. |
Something not working?
| What you see | What to do |

| "Wabixo is unavailable on this terminal." | Wabixo hasn't been set up for this counter or your login. Contact Invoay Support. |
| "Couldn't open Wabixo, please try again." | Check your internet connection and tap Reload Session. |
| Could not open browser | Your device couldn't open an external browser. Use Wabixo inside Simple POS instead. |
